About the Position: The intent of Inside Sales is to use professionals to establish and strengthen relationships with prospects, leads and existing customers to maintain and grow sales with the use of technology, but the core principles of personal relationships are still the same.

Task and Duties:

  • Conducts inside sales activities, including prospecting (cold calls) and developing opportunities, closing sales, taking orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships to increase market share
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction as well as monthly sales goals
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Serve as liaison between customers and branches to effectively solve problems and increase sales
  • Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.
  • Sell in both 1:1 and 1: many situations
  • Identify challenges that clients and prospects are facing and make action plans to address them
  • Communicate with decision makers (typically Director level+)
  • Help create and improve email templates, excel reports and sequences
  • Updates and maintain the sales CRM database
  • Provide a high degree of major account management and control
  • In-depth knowledge of a company's products and/or services
  • Make a minimum of 30+ productive calls each day
  • Each Monday, support Call Center by answering inbound customer service phone calls, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving customer issues.
  • Promote culture focused on world-class customer service, building customer trust, and taking ownership of all customer issues
  • Assists sales management in conveying customer needs to district managers and technical support staff
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities and training
  • Utilize apartment management software for processing of invoices and bid opportunities.
  • Review of vendor agreements as well as other apartment management contracts
  • Provide daily reports for select customers
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

  • Bilingual mandatory - French and English
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • 5 years of customer service experience meeting sales goals or 2 years in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
  • Effective customer relation skills
  • Excellent listener and demonstrates emotional intelligence with customer and peers
  • Team oriented, yet able to work well independently
  • Driven, results oriented and energetic person with strong work ethic

  • Entretenir les relations avec les clients existants afin d'accroître la part de marché.
  • Entretenir des relations de coopération avec tous les services nécessaires pour s'assurer que les ventes sont générées et traitées efficacement afin de satisfaire les clients et d'atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels.
  • Atteindre les objectifs du département et de l'organisation en acceptant de prendre en charge la réalisation de demandes nouvelles et différentes.
  • Assurer la liaison entre les clients et les succursales afin de résoudre efficacement les problèmes et d'accroître les ventes.
  • Remplir les commandes en les transférant au service d'exécution, en communiquant la date de livraison prévue et en expliquant les ruptures de stock.
  • Vendre dans des situations de 1:1 et de 1 : plusieurs.
  • Identifier les défis auxquels sont confrontés les clients et les prospects et élaborer des plans d'action pour les relever.
  • Communiquer avec les décideurs (généralement de niveau directeur ou plus)
  • Contribuer à la création et à l'amélioration des modèles d'e-mails, des rapports Excel et des séquences.
  • Mettre à jour et entretenir la base de données CRM des ventes
  • Assurer un haut niveau de gestion et de contrôle des grands comptes
  • Connaissance approfondie des produits et/ou services d'une entreprise
  • Effectuer un minimum de 30 appels productifs par jour.
  • Chaque lundi, soutenir le centre d'appels en répondant aux appels téléphoniques entrants du service clientèle, en prenant les commandes, en répondant aux questions et en résolvant les problèmes des clients.
  • Promouvoir une culture axée sur un service à la clientèle de premier ordre, sur l'instauration d'une relation de confiance avec les clients et sur la prise en charge de tous les problèmes des clients.
  • Aider la direction des ventes à transmettre les besoins des clients aux chefs de district et au personnel d'assistance technique.
  • Mettre à jour les connaissances professionnelles en étudiant les descriptions de nouveaux produits et en participant à des formations.
  • Utiliser le logiciel de gestion des appartements pour le traitement des factures et des appels d'offres.
  • Examiner les accords avec les fournisseurs ainsi que d'autres contrats de gestion d'appartements.
  • Fournir des rapports quotidiens à certains clients.

Formation et expérience:

  • Bilingue obligatoire - Français et Anglais
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires au minimum
  • 5 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle pour atteindre des objectifs de vente ou 2 ans dans un centre d'appels sortants ou dans un poste de vente connexe.
