Weekly Lunch through Uber Key Responsibilities:Make outbound efforts (call, text, email) each day to Real Estate brokerage companies in Canada and USAQualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule information sessionsCollaborate with your team on improving prospecting strategiesBuild relationships with prospective clientsCreate an achievable sales plan and implement the plan with vigorMust be great with client communication, follow-ups, and providing client supportLead negotiations, address objections, and guide clients through the sales process to successfully close high-ticket dealsAbility to present to individuals or small groups with confidence and flairAnalytical, logical, and multitasking skills are a bonusExpected to make 80 phone calls per day, generate 40 meetings per month, and close 4 new customer minimum per monthQualifications:Proven success in high-volume call environments, preferably in the Real estate Technology or related industry.Exceptional organizational skills, including lead management and recordkeeping.Outstanding presentation abilities, with the confidence and charisma to engage and persuade clients effectively.Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
