Systems Analyst, Enterprise Customer Support

Title: Enterprise Customer Support, Systems Analyst

Location: Woodbridge, ON - Hybrid 3 days in office, shift work (info at the bottom)

Full-Time Direct Hire

Canadian Citizenship or Valid PR Required

Role Summary

IT support opportunity to support a customer account in the healthcare sector. Microsoft experience is required and certification is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and EPIC is highly desirable. Experience working in successful, high-growth organizations will be a plus. The role is for a 24x7 NOC (Network Operations Centre) and will require shift work and some flexibility in work hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate easily with senior client IT personnel, front-line client IT personnel, and coworkers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer support incidents within the SLA paying special attention to customer satisfaction.
  • MS Windows Server, and Active Directory support and administration.

Required Personal Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to develop rapport with clients and co-workers.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task in an environment with changing priorities keeping customer service as the prime focus.
  • Ability to perform in a constantly changing and growing environment
  • Enjoys working in a busy environment and can demonstrate a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Technical Skills:

Experience with any of the following technologies would be a definite asset:

  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • EPIC

Shift information:

  • Mon-Fri 4AM-12PM (EST)
  • Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM (EST)
  • Mon-Fri 12PM-8PM (EST)
  • Mon-Fri 8PM-4AM (EST)
  • Mon-Tue 9 AM to 5 PM, Sat/Sun 4AM-4PM (EST)
  • Thurs-Fri 9 AM to 5 PM, Sat/Sun 4PM-4AM (EST)

The shifts rotate every 5 weeks. Approximately 8 months of 9-5 Shifts in a 12-month period. The remaining time you will be on one of the other shifts. There are no on-calls with the exception of “Statutory Holiday and Unplanned leave coverage”, you will be assigned a 5-week period in an year where you will cover the Statutory Holiday (if any, during that period) or cover for any unplanned leave of any off-hours shift that needs coverage.
