Telecon Inc., Canada’s leading provider of telecommunications network infrastructure services is seeking an energetic, career-minded individual looking to take on the position of HRIS Analyst.

This is a 12 month contract with a possibility to extend.

This opportunity allows for remote work and some occasional in office work as required.

Reporting to the Manager of Total Compensation and HRIS, the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the various HR and payroll systems in place.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Manage and supervise the granting of access to HRIS and other HR/payroll systems
  • Parameterize HR applications when launching annual cycles, administer various modules (recruitment, onboarding, employee files, performance, etc.)
  • Provide day-to-day support to HR system users, acting as an expert in identifying and resolving incidents
  • Work with IT partners to implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work jointly with suppliers
  • Modify systems in connection with collective agreement signings.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in HR data management, payroll and benefits, as well as HR analytics
  • Knowledge of Time & Attendance, Algo, Synerion and Taleo solutions (an asset)
  • Fluency in French and English to communicate with our French and English-speaking HR and partners
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
  • Analysis and attention to detail.
