Role: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
A leading professional service is looking to onboard Bilingual Administrative Assistant on contract basis for 12 months working on-site in Toronto location.

Kaur@hays.Administrative duties including scanning, filing, and storage
Enter, review, and verify data from paper or electronic forms into a standard database
Answer incoming phone calls to assist and direct claimants and representatives in a professional and empathetic manner
Communicating with claimants and their representatives through phone, email, fax, and mail
Preparing notifications to claimants pertaining to claim status, review decisions, and instructions Supporting claimants in a professional manner when they require assistance on topics including claim form access, assessment questions, and accessing mental health and cultural resources

1+ year of experience in administrative or clerical support.
~ Bilingualism (English/French) is must have.
~ The ability to speak an Indigenous language (i.e., Cree languages, Inuktitut, Ojibway etc.) considered an asset.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
~ Experience using a VOIP / Internet phone service is desirable
