This is a full-time Legal Assistant / Paralegal role located in Edmonton, AB, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will provide legal administrative support to lawyers in both Edmonton and Calgary.

Day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and organizing legal documents, performing legal research, and assisting with court filings and client communications. You will also be tasked with working with our accounting department to create account statements for clients.

Remote work capabilities.
Laptop and cell phone to be provided.
Legal Assistant or paralegal degree/certification
At least three (3) years of working experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role, specifically in family law
Knowledge of legal terminology, legal documents and procedures associated with litigation, corporate law, and real estate law
Experience using legal software programs such as LEAP and Microsoft
Experience in a fast-paced legal environment is a plus
