About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Community Agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing high-volume projects for marketing and advertising campaigns, monitoring post-campaign analysis, and working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop high-volume projects for marketing and advertising campaigns, monitor post-campaign analysis, and work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide support to the Account Director on larger, more complex programming.
  • Build and strengthen positive client relationships while advising on marketing, advertising, and sales promotion opportunities and strategies.
  • Support and build positive relationships with internal teams, partner agencies, and other relevant external suppliers.
  • Manage project budgets, processes, and timelines, and proactively advise the team and client of any risks, delays, or changes.
  • Have a line of sight to client annual plans and actively add strategic value beyond the immediate request or brief(s).
  • Coordinate and organize publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences.
  • Gather, assess, and compile relevant information to support strategies and recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and review all creative/production material at every stage (including proofreading) to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Update BCRs and manage the billing process. Responsible for contact reports, weekly status reports, and critical paths on a timely basis.
  • Work with your manager to deliver forecasted quarter and fiscal financial targets and identify areas of growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or another related field.
  • +2 years of working knowledge and experience in integrated advertising and/or marketing, including XM experience.
  • Experienced in developing and executing marketing solutions.
  • Experience working with project management tools Jira and Workbook.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, able to manage workflow in an efficient and effective manner, and meticulous about record keeping and reporting.
  • Highly motivated and self-starter with a sense of urgency.
