Corporate Law Clerk (Min 5yrs Exp) Full Time
HARRIS + HARRIS LLP, a prominent law firm based in Toronto (Etobicoke), Ontario, is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Law Clerk to join our dynamic corporate and commercial practice. Corporate Law Clerk (Intermediate/Senior)
Experience Level: Intermediate/Senior (Minimum 5 years of experience)
Conduct corporate and security searches and registrations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records
Familiarity with the Fast Company corporate database is an asset (but not required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk
Proficient in using relevant legal software and technology
Familiarity with the Fast Company corporate database (an asset)
Personal office provided
