Our client is committed to the development of their people through challenging work assignments and exposure to diverse businesses.
The Corporate Law Clerk will be a member of the private real estate funds group and will support the legal team.
Manage the corporate database and assist with the bi-annual attestation process
Manage legal document system and maintain organization of all legal documents which will include saving documents in accordance with BPG’s file naming convention
S. entity formations and state qualifications, if required; co-ordinate offshore entity formations with outside counsel
Apply for Employee Identification Numbers for domestic and foreign entities
Assist with bank account openings and onboarding entities with the fund administrator
Advise registered agent of any entity formations, name changes, conversions and dissolutions; Law Clerk Diploma
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in corporate database and document management system entries and maintenance
Experience with Diligent corporate database (fka Blueprint) and/or iManage document management system a plus
