Vos tâches en tant que Commis a L’entree de Donnees :
Travailler en équipe avec le directeur des achats et informatique afin de corriger aux besoins les erreurs dans nos catalogues (liste de prix)
Assurer l’efficacité du processus d’achats
Saisir, vérifier, trier et classer des données ou des renseignements
S’assurer d’une bonne communication autant envers les partenaires externes qu’avec les collaborateurs internes des autres départements
Les qualifications requises pour le poste de Commis a L’entree de Donnees:
DEC en approvisionnement, en comptabilité et gestion ou dans un programme connexe d’études, ou toute combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience
Maitrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
Être à l’aise avec les fonctions principales d’Excel
Connaissance de base des autres applications MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook et Teams
Capacité à mener plusieurs projets de front et à respecter les échéanciers

Enter, check, sort and file data or information
The required qualifications for the Data Entry Clerk position:
DEC in procurement, accounting and management or a related program of study, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
Fluency in spoken and written French and English
Comfortable with Excel’s main functions
Basic knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience in a similar position in a distribution center (ASSET)
