Nous recherchons un partenaire d'affaire régional en ressources humaines bilingue (canadien français). Son rôle sera de soutenir tous les employés canadiens incluant les membres des équipes des ventes, du soutien administratif ainsi que celles des centres de distribution. Il (elle) devra également offrir un soutien généralisé au groupe des ressources humaines aux États-Unis, en particulier envers les activités liées à l'intégration dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.

Le ou la candidat (e) agira à titre de représentant de la main-d'œuvre canadienne et en qualité d'ambassadeur du Canada français, en s'assurant que toutes les politiques et documents reliés aux ressources humaines soient dument traduits.

Il (ou elle) devra fournir un éventail de programmes de soutien stratégiques et tactiques en matière de ressources humaines, tels que la gestion de questions sensibles liées aux relations avec les employés, le soutien au développement et la mise en œuvre des processus de gestion des ressources humaines. L’expérience dans le domaine de la peinture n’est pas requise. Établir et entretenir des relations d’affaires solides afin de conseiller et de guider efficacement l’équipe de direction et les employés sur tout ce qui concerne les ressources humaines.
Communiquer, favoriser et promouvoir les programmes et initiatives à l’échelle de l’entreprise en matière de ressources humaines, comme la participation et la reconnaissance des employés.
Administrer les activités d’intégration et de départ pour le service des ressources humaines
S’associer avec le service d’attraction de talents afin d’assurer le déroulement du cycle complet des processus de recrutement, de sélection et d’intégration des employés.
Baccalauréat en arts ou en sciences dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou un domaine connexe requis.
Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience à titre de spécialiste ou généraliste des ressources humaines; connaissances pratiques des nombreuses disciplines des ressources humaines, notamment les pratiques de rémunération, les relations avec les employés, la diversité, la gestion du rendement et la maîtrise du droit du travail canadien et américain.
Bilinguisme français et anglais requis. Maîtrise du français parlé, lu et écrit.
