Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.
The VIP Gaming Host is responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a high quality and memorable gaming experience. As a Host at Playground you will be responsible for bringing energy, familiarity and success to the gaming floor. Competitive compensation ($55-60K including base salary and performance incentives)

Makes appropriate decisions regarding complimentary offerings by evaluating the gaming activity of individual players such as recorded play, earned points, comp availability, and guest profitability.
Monitor guests betting habits and levels of participation in order to manage programs and ensure maximum profit margins, adequate play levels, and appropriate cost control.
Review all department related reports and use the provided data to achieve assigned goals.
Manage, build and grow assigned database of VIP guests
Maintain personal, direct mail and phone contact with guests to build loyalty, increase worth and frequency, as well as fill events.
Have knowledge of the regulations, policies, and procedures relating to the EGD (slot) and gaming floor.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, as a host or other casino position such as VIP services, Brand Ambassador marketing, players rewards, or casino operations
Must be bilingual- English and French- Written and Spoken, additional languages considered an interesting asset
Must have a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident
Demonstrates an understanding of all casino games and EGD (slot) machines
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Must be flexible regarding schedule and be able to work varied shifts.
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holiday.

L’ Hôte de jeux VIP est responsable de s'assurer que nos invités profitent d'une expérience de jeu de haute qualité et mémorable. En tant qu'hôte au Playground, vous serez responsable d'apporter de l'énergie, de la familiarité et du succès à l'étage de jeu. Rémunération concurrentielle (55-60K$ comprenant un salaire de base et des primes de performance)

Prendre les décisions appropriées concernant les offres gratuites en évaluant l'activité de jeu des joueurs individuels, telles que le jeu enregistré, les points gagnés, la disponibilité de la maquette et la rentabilité des invités
Surveiller les habitudes de paris et les niveaux de participation des clients afin de gérer les programmes et d'assurer des marges bénéficiaires maximales, des niveaux de jeu adéquats et un contrôle des coûts approprié
Examiner tous les rapports du ministère et utiliser les données fournies pour atteindre les objectifs assignés
Gérer, créer et développer une base de données assignée d'invités VIP
Avoir une connaissance des règlements, des politiques et des procédures relatives aux appareils de jeu électroniques et à la salle de jeu
Doit être bilingue-Anglais et français-Écrit et parlé, langues supplémentaires considérées comme un atout
Démontre une compréhension des appareils de jeu électroniques (machines à sous)
Capacité à rédiger des rapports et de la correspondance commerciale
Doit maîtriser les applications Microsoft (Excel, Word et Outlook)
Doit être flexible en ce qui concerne les horaires et être capable de travailler des quarts de travail variés
Capacité de travailler des quarts de travail flexibles et des jours de la semaine, y compris les jours fériés
