As our Art Director, your voice and vision will be highly sought after, influencing the ideation and execution phase of projects. With a strategic mindset and tactical planning skills, you'll effortlessly balance short-term priorities while keeping an eye on long-term goals and their impacts.

-Stay abreast of the latest technologies and advancements in the game industry, fueling your curiosity for innovation.
-Collaborate with Clients and Internal teams, analyzing data and crafting design solutions to achieve design and visual goals.
-Work closely with Art and Concept teams to shape and refine Art pitch presentations, Style guides, and Workflows.
-Partner with respective Studio Leaders to establish best practices and processes, ensuring smooth functioning of the art team.
-Take part in recruitment and career development, building a strong and skilled art team and fostering their growth.
-Participate in project reviews, cultivating a constructive feedback culture to enhance individual and team skill sets.
-Develop an internal learning and growth system for the Art Department, encouraging continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or field-related diploma, reflecting your dedication to continuous learning.
-10+ years of invaluable experience in the gaming industry, showcasing your expertise.
-Proven track record in establishing art guidelines and vision for game projects.
-In-depth understanding of Art Pipelines and Game Engines, demonstrating your technical prowess.
-Experience working with high-profile entertainment brands and IPs, adding depth to your portfolio.
-Ability to effectively present and share information across the organization, enhancing collaboration.
-Global experience in the gaming industry is a plus, showcasing your adaptability and broad perspective.
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), fostering seamless team interactions.
-Familiarity with bug tracking software (e.g. Jira) and version management systems (e.g. Perforce), ensuring efficiency.
-A highly innovative, collaborative, empathetic, and solution-oriented spirit, elevating team dynamics.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentorship, and presentation skills, enhancing team growth.
-Critical thinking, time management, and organizational capabilities, ensuring effective project management.
