The Head of Casino is an influential management role which will work closely with other product areas, and will be the leading company expert in Casino products, ensuring commercial success and future growth.

As the Head of Casino, you will have total ownership of all casino products across multiple states, and will focus on growing the Casino products. You will have a data and results-driven approach and be able to turn analysis into action. You will be charged with helping develop the strategy and standards by which all Casino products are built, maintained and expanded upon. Overall responsibility for the P&L of the Casino products on a day-to-day basis, maximizing profitability across all global brands
Overall ownership and responsibility for the successful management of two online Casino brands
Define, develop and implement the Global long-term strategy and prioritisation of product roadmap ensuring on-going development of new features, enabling the products to be acquisition ready
Creation of the Casino team to include product, operations and content
Work closely with our service and content providers, ensuring they are always supplying us with their best services and products
Work with the Sportsbook Product to optimise real estate on the sportsbook brands to Xsell users to casino
Create and maintain roadmap for all Casino products and content releases.
Ownership of the casino game catalogue including metadata for CRM, segmentation and filtering. Optimizes game positioning and promotion, drawing on casino data and in line with company strategy
Owns the Product and game release process, including planning and execution across all platforms
Project management and ongoing support for 3rd party supplier evaluations, integrations, and negotiations
Project management for development of casino related mechanics around bonuses and other rewards to ensure all relevant systems are aligned
Product expert for casino backoffice and systems, actively collaborating with Affiliate and CRM Teams on bonus and promotion creation, implementation, and strategy
Maintains and shares product game- and supplier-specific statistics and KPI reports
Day-to-day running of the Casino products including managing on-site game positioning and continuous front-end optimization to increase key KPIs and ROI
Maintain customer focus, utilising customer insight, usability testing, web analytics and competitive trends.
Work with the Head of UI/UX in developing a UX strategy to enhance ‘player journey’
Work with in-house software development team to deliver effective integrations and maintain a continual flow of new content
Budget, monitor, forecast, report and optimize for key KPIs to increase performance.
Working closely with the Marketing, BI and VIP teams - identifying VIP players and ensuring their satisfaction including acting as point of contact for second line escalation
Improve the overall casino product experience including generating new product ideas and features as well as assisting with their implementation on-site.
Specifications and management of product development requests from 3rd party software suppliers

Proven experience as an online Head of Casino
Online Casino P&L Management with a highly regarded online casino brand
Online marketing, with particular emphasis in areas of conversion, CRM / retention, and maximising player lifetime value
Experience of developing a highly engaging UX strategy and innovative player journey experience
Data- and process-driven with strong analytical abilities
