We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team and take ownership of designing, building, and delivering talent management programs that help us enable and cultivate our talent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, People Partners, and senior leaders to ensure the successful implementation of programs that align with our overall People strategy.
Collaborate with senior leaders to define, refine, and communicate talent management program goals and objectives
Collaborate with People team members to integrate talent programs into existing talent management processes
If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, talent management, or organizational development, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of talent management processes, including succession planning, talent assessment, and career development.
Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent planning and management.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing talent metrics and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a track record of driving innovative solutions in talent planning.
Help shape the future of our organization by designing and delivering best-in-class talent programs. Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is C$144,000 - C$216,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. retirement plans;
