We are on the lookout for a dedicated and professional team player to provide essential administrative support to our in-house team. In this role, you'll be responsible for document preparation, tracking, completing, and filing legal documents, maintaining corporate records, and handling general administrative duties essential for Harvard Developments and The Hill Companies’ other diversified businesses. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Legal, and will be located at Harvard’s head office in Regina. Having legal or real estate experience is a significant asset.
3+ years of administrative experience
College or technical training
Regular Monday to Friday hours with flexible scheduling options
