Prince of Travel is seeking an experienced (PT) Video Editor who will play a pivotal role in our content team, reporting directly to the Junior Video Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for video post-production to contribute to the success of our content initiatives and enhance our presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Intake, organize and follow directions upon receiving a new project to be completed within the allotted time frame.

Implement a comprehensive video editing strategy that aligns with overall content and marketing objectives.

Manage the day-to-day requirements of the video department, including video editing, asset generation, and quality assurance.

Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries and initiatives, collaborating closely with post-production and media teams, including videographers, editors, and content creators.

Adhere to production schedules, and timelines for video projects, coordinating resources and equipment as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.

Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of exported video content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, style standards, and messaging.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production, constantly seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in video production, filmmaking, or related field, with a strong understanding of video production processes, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Intuitive mindset with the ability to interpret instruction, develop assets, creatively problem solve and collaborate with others to achieve the expected outcome quality.

Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and cinematography.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and emerging opportunities in the video production landscape.
