Curating and reviewing media content in collaboration with editors for timestamps and design enhancements. Maintaining a well-organised asset archive, overseeing content calendars , and staying attuned to social media trends for performance optimization. Posting video content promptly across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Efficiently scheduling a wide range of content, including static posts, carousels, and maintaining an updated content repository. Creating captivating in-app reels and crafting compelling captions for all content pieces. Being the authentic voice of Evercoach by actively engaging with the audience through comments, managing inboxes, and nurturing a vibrant online community. Designing and editing visual content, including images, infographics, and videos, to boost social media engagement. Developing and executing a content schedule aligned with key events, promotions, and industry trends. Monitoring social media metrics, utilising data-driven insights to refine content strategies, and enhance audience engagement. Collaborating with external influencers and partners to extend Evercoach's online reach and bolster brand recognition. Cultivating relationships within relevant online communities, forums, and groups associated with coaching and leadership. Staying updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools to leverage new growth opportunities. Managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to broaden the audience reach. Expanding Evercoach's social media footprint on emerging platforms for a diversified online presence. Designing and executing email marketing campaigns that complement social media efforts and drive conversions. Brainstorming and implementing innovative social media initiatives, contests, or challenges to captivate the audience. Analysing social media performance data and regularly preparing reports to showcase the impact of your strategies.Your role as a Social Media Specialist is pivotal in nurturing Evercoach's online community, elevating brand awareness, and fostering growth in the coaching and leadership development industry.Working Hours :Full-timeFlexible, with a 5-hour overlap with the India/Malaysia time zoneRequirementsTo excel in this role, you need to have: 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital media specialisation. Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their analytics tools. Exceptional content creation, writing, and editing skills for photos , videos, and text. Track and measure the success of social media campaigns using KPIs. Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. As the Ideal Candidate, you should be: Fluent in English. Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Creative and innovative in developing social media strategies. Able to adapt to changing trends and algorithms in the social media landscape. Experience in developing and managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms. Proficiency in using graphic design and video editing software. Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
