# Act as a trusted finance adviser to the business - partner with key stakeholders to support decision-making with financial analysis, develop an understanding of major financial performance drivers and assist business decision-makers in the development of action plans to meet financial goals and mitigate risks
# Be a leader of change – challenging current approaches to the team’s analysis and fostering new ways of approaching business questions
# Bring efficiencies to the reporting and forecasting and planning processes

Drive - Results-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, maintaining attention to detail while retaining focus on the “big picture”.
Minimum of 5 years of business experience in an analytical field and solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements)
Previous working experience with HFM and PeopleSoft is an asset
Completion of an accounting designation (CPA – CA, CMA, CGA), CFA, or MBA is an asset
