Attention realtors We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Realtor Relationship Manager to join us in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with real estate brokerages and associations throughout Canada. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Real Estate experience, with a proven track record in business development. Responsibilities:SalesDevelop relationships with real estate brokerages and real estate boards across the country. Conduct sales presentations tailored to the unique needs of each brokerage and their team of realtors.Serve as single point of contact for enterprise level accounts ensuring VIP service. Support the onboarding of realtors on to the MoveBuddy platform. Manage the Realtor Relations team and ensure key performance indicators are being achieved. Reporting and AnalysisConduct monthly reviews to ensure provincial realtor networks are meeting lead generation expectations.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. Qualifications: 3+ years of realtor experience, licenced realtor.Highly motivated, strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
