Attention realtors We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Realtor Relationship Manager to join us in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with real estate brokerages and associations throughout Canada. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Real Estate experience, with a proven track record in business development. 

 

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Develop relationships with real estate brokerages and real estate boards across the country. 
  • Conduct sales presentations tailored to the unique needs of each brokerage and their team of realtors.
  • Serve as single point of contact for enterprise level accounts ensuring VIP service. 
  • Support the onboarding of realtors on to the MoveBuddy platform.
  •  Manage the Realtor Relations team and ensure key performance indicators are being achieved.

 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Conduct monthly reviews to ensure provincial realtor networks are meeting lead generation expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. 


 Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of realtor experience, licenced realtor.
  • Highly motivated, strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
