# Dedicate time to meeting, speaking, emailing, and connecting with clients, virtually and in-person, to address their HR and recruitment needs.
Human Resources & Recruitment (30%):
Develop, delivery, and execute HR programs, procedures and projects from start-to-finish across a range of HR functions.
Act as a strategic HR partner and subject-matter-expert that helps clients manage people challenges effectively.
Provide on-demand HR support to clients, from simple employee inquiries and HRIS administration to complex challenges.
Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment initiatives for clients while offering strategic direction on hiring efforts and campaigns.
Identify new potential clients and begin fostering long-term business relationships through networking and referrals.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions with clients and industry partners.

Previous history as an HR Consultant, Advisor, or Partner would definitely give you a head start
You have post-secondary education, ideally in business or an HR-related field.
Have you worked in a high volume or startup environment? This role is heavily focused on client and account management, so demonstrated experience and a track record of success will set you apart ATSs, job boards, recruitment technology, sourcing technology, CRMs (Hubspotexperience is a bonus).
