We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic People Team. Design and develop comprehensive learning modules and instructional materials, using both traditional and modern training methods and technologies.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for a diverse range of employees across different levels within the organization.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end learning and development programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and meet the set objectives.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs that address those needs while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Lead the evaluation of training programs’ effectiveness, leveraging feedback and performance data to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches and best practices into our L&D initiatives.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality resources and cost-effective solutions are utilized.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and training facilitation in a corporate organizational setting.
Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is an asset.
Professional proficiency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in both languages, both verbally and in writing.
