Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Senior Director of Digital Acquisition is tasked with leading the organization's overall digital media strategy and development. This strategic and creative role requires a visionary leader who can inject innovation and excellence into digital performance initiatives. The incumbent will direct and inspire both in-house and agency teams to execute powerful acquisition strategies that drive growth in local and international markets. They will serve as the key authority on digital acquisition trends, performance analysis, and the optimization of investment in paid and organic search. The role demands significant autonomy in strategy execution and decision-making, strong leadership qualities to foster professional growth in a multidisciplinary team, and effective communication skills for maintaining beneficial external relationships.



RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a strategic vision for digital acquisition that aligns with the organization's business objectives ;
Supervise internal specialists and agencies to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of digital acquisition strategies ;
Identify new opportunities and create innovative strategies for engaging potential learners via paid and social media ;
Develop SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and increase organic traffic ;
Manage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) for personalized acquisition campaigns, ensuring compliance with data protection laws ;
Oversee the digital marketing budget to maximize return on investment across all digital channels ;
Foster a culture of innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies and promoting continuous learning and testing within the team ;
Collaborate strategically with other teams to produce cohesive marketing campaigns and ensure all digital marketing efforts adhere to legal and ethical standards ;
REQUIREMENTS

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
