This person will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals by implementing Brizo FoodMetrics to their process. Your day will be spent analyzing database information to uncover new use cases that allow clients to profit from the data and metrics tracked, as well as identify opportunities to enhance their internal database with additional data to help clients achieve their goals. Internally, collaboration is key in this role as we work closely with sales, marketing, product and the IT teams to stay relevant to client, prospect and market needs.
Support clients in achieving their goals
Share clients needs and product requests for implementation and product planning
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in customer success is nice to have
Experience with and having a passion for data and working within a database
Must love food and have basic understanding of food related puns
