Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Brand Director to lead our marketing efforts in the B2C Software company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, extensive leadership experience, and the ability to effectively communicate in both Chinese and English.

Develop and execute global brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products and services in the SaaS tech industry.
Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of brand initiatives across all channels and markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to align brand strategies with business objectives.
Oversee the development of creative assets, including advertising campaigns, website content, and marketing collateral.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Manage brand budgets and resources to maximize ROI and achieve business targets.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on the SaaS tech industry.
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate across cultures and geographies.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
