You will assist with ensuring the Operational processes that mitigate losses and risks on marketplaces run smoothly and the necessary reports are reviewed, and applicable actions taken, as needed. with 2+ years of managing teams 
~Project management skills are preferred 
~ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 
~ Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines 
~ Strong relationship building skills for persuasion and negotiation 
~ Excellent problem solving and time management skills 

Manage performance, output and areas of opportunity to drive operational excellence across the marketplace recoveries team
Overseeing key operational health across website and marketplace accounts, liaising with other teams where necessary 
Data analysis: liaise with analytics to develop necessary dashboards and reporting are in place, evaluate and understand leading & lagging indicators, data-driven decision making to drive improvements 
Ownership of driving change: creating concepts, mapping out IT tickets, liaising with IT team, testing and maintenance, where needed 
Oversee offshore and internal team performance & relationships
Ensure that Walmart Unauthorized Refunds, A-to-Z claims, and other marketplace disputes are being disputed in a timely manner and that win rates are consistent with target ODR & KPIs 
Oversee team priorities daily and ensure the team is working through these as effectively and efficiently as possible
Mentor and coach team members to improve performance, adapt to business needs, and to provide growth options for team 
Roll-out of procedural or policy changes to the team via Training & Development team 
People Management and Leadership
Oversee resources, staffing, budgets and manage the support and development of a best-in-class team
Management of P&L and ownership of recoveries impact on contribution 
Talent management, including but not limited to quality assurance, training & development, performance management, career pathing, recruitment & employee satisfaction 
Mentor team members including regular performance reviews and ongoing feedback 
Responsible for the management and execution of project plans and delivery commitments 
Work alongside the Leadership team to create strategies and roadmaps to support corporate mandates and growth targets 
Participate in strategic planning and operational delivery as a member of the management team, specifically supporting the Director, E-Commerce Channel Operations and contributing to the development & implementation of strategies and methodologies to integrate and optimize business process.
