Overseeing the performance management process
Handling payroll and benefits responsibilities
Reporting directly to the VP of HR
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, with proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., Familiarity with Canadian HR labor laws and regulations
In-depth knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, tax, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
Strong proficiency in Excel
Experience with paperless or near-paperless HR departments
Onsite availability Monday to Friday in Manitoba office
