Account Coordinator - Field Sales
Compensation: $42-52,000 CAD ($31-38,000 USD)

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for sales performance within their assigned territory by achieving a retail sales target, activating education and training in store, and executing in-store events.

We are seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join our Field Sales team. The Account Coordinator will report directly to the Account Executive, Canada, to achieve company sales objectives. This role is fast-paced and offers an opportunity to be part of the exciting reboot of a truly distinctive and iconic clean beauty brand. The Account Coordinator is ambitious, customer-focused, and will be responsible for achieving territory goals by executing In-Store Events, educating Beauty Advisors, and reaching sales targets. Passion for clean, sustainable beauty and implementing brand education and training initiatives
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work nights and weekends
Develop in-store relationships that continuously generate brand sales

Be the expert in brand codes, product knowledge, inventory, merchandising, and all things Josie Maran
Educate store teams on brand, products, and selling techniques
Provide consistent and specific feedback from store visits and trainings to Account Executive, Canada
Share in-store brand opportunities and observations that directly affect brand sales
support and adhere to their policies
Compensation: $42-52,000 CAD ($31-38,000 USD)
