If so, this may be the ideal sales position for youA great new role is available within the MRO and Safety products industry. We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Territory Manager to manage, nurture and develop your territory.Summit Search Group is pleased to be partnering with a leading MRO and Safety Products firm in its search for a driven and tenacious sales individual. The Territory Manager is responsible for all sales and services within the assigned region. The TM prepares and implements sales and promotional strategies to ensure that sales benefits are maximized. They are the primary contact for their designated accounts and will establish relationships with them. The Territory Manager is responsible for managing their territory like it was their very own business.What you should expect:Responsible for meeting and achieving budget targets, territory planning, reportingPlans, schedules and maintains contact with customers.Responsible for building strategic partnerships and growing share of walletResponsible for implementing and growing value-added sales programs in the territoryProvides training and support to your clientsOrganizes and conducts presentations for product training.Keeps abreast of recent product changesWorks in collaboration with other departments in establishing strategic initiatives and plans of action to support the growth in the Territory.What you should bring:We need a strong business developer mentality along with excellent account management skills.Minimum 5 years of relevant Territory Management within the B2B sales environment spaceProven success in managing a sales territory and selling to all levels of an organization.Ability to forecast with accuracyComfortable with product demonstrations, understanding how to move customers through the sales processAbility to travel within the territory regularlyTo apply, please send a resume to Shannon Terpstra at terpstra@summitsearchgroup.comSummit Search Group is a fair and equitable search firm.
