Worthit is driven to empower lenders, delivering a user-friendly platform that revolutionizes appraisal management and provides additional risk mitigation and underwriting tools. We are driving forward as a Canadian Fin-Tech using AI and other modern technologies to revolutionize lending, real estate, and all things appraisal.

As the CTO and Technical Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all technical aspects of Worthit. This role is based in Canada, with flexibility for remote work. You'll lead our technical team, shape our IT strategy, and ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation and reliability.

Technical Leadership : Provide strategic direction and oversight for all technical operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Platform Development : Lead the development and enhancement of our Drupal-based platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Team Management : Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team.
Innovation and Strategy : Drive the technology roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring robust security practices.
Project Management : Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.

Experience : 5+ years of experience developing with Drupal, including building large-scale sites and creating custom modules.
Skills : Drupal, Symfony ,PHP, JavaScript, jQuery ,MYSQL, git ,Html, Bootstrap 5
Leadership : Proven ability to lead and scale technical teams, with strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Contributor to the Drupal community through modules or core contributions.
An eye for design and UX consistency.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
