The Eyecare Advisor creates exceptional value in the lives of patients by delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring all patients receives the highest quality of care. Promptly answers the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner, taking messages, directing calls appropriately and scheduling patient visits in an efficient manner.

Demonstrates knowledge of appointment book/scheduling procedures and computer operation/procedures.

High School Graduate /GED or equivalent experience
