Working as part of our sales team you will be the first point of contact for our future customers. Your Life Insurance advisory experience will help guide and inform prospective customers on the features and benefits of our insurance products and how they could benefit them.

Work directly with customers via telephone using prepared sales scripts in combination with your own ability in listening and speaking to assist customers to purchase the right product or service that meet their needs.
Adhere to and meet individual KPI’s/ Objectives and contribute to business and team KPI’s / Objectives around sales performance, quality, and productivity.
Accurately record sales data and client information.
Ensure products sold are compliant with all GFS quality and compliance standards met.
Other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time, as directed by the Sales Manager.
Be diligent in maintaining all licenses required to perform your role as a licensed sales advisor in each jurisdiction.

Proven capability to interact over the telephone in a clear and professional manner
Confident, positive and an aptitude and passion for sales
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Experience working within a quality-controlled working environment (i.e., Funded Induction product training and ongoing coaching and support
~Hybrid role – 3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home
~500 Health spending account
~ Will pay for memberships and renewals/ongoing licensing costs for relevant provinces
