IS2 Workforce Solutions has a dynamic opportunity for a Corporate Warranty Manager in our Barrie location. The Manager will oversee five departments, each managing larger teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Marine/ATV/Motorcycle industry, preferably from a corporate office background.

Operations Service Manager
Manages 5 departments with larger teams
Marine/ATV/Motorcycle industry preferred. Ideal candidates come from a corporate office environment. Provides warranty and training for products. Main customers are ATV and motorcycle dealerships.

Corporate background: Sales and Customer Service: Experience: 10-15 years of corporate management experience
Technical Skills: Tech-savvy
Excellent skills for writing bulletins and managing teams
Bilingual: French is an asset but not required
Experience within power sports or farming machinery industry (corporate) is a plus

Customer Service Support: Oversee customer service functions for general information and technical support.
Technical Support: Provide specific product knowledge and technical support to dealership technicians. Develop technical policies, procedures, and bulletins.
Warranty Management: Manage warranty policies/procedures and claims, ensuring efficiency for dealerships and customers.
Technical Training: Provide product training to employees and dealership technicians to ensure efficient repairs.

Dealer Network Support: Experience in supporting dealer networks through verbal and written communications.
Graduate of a technical or business program from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Corporate Experience: Experience working with dealerships at a corporate level is preferred.
Relevant experience with our product line is an asset.
