Job Title Corporate Affairs Manager Job Description We have an exciting opportunity to join Sage’s North America Corporate Affairs team as a Manager of Corporate Affairs, Canada. In this role, you will support the internal and external Corporate Affairs agenda to increase Sage’s brand awareness and reputation across the Canadian market, while supporting a comprehensive plan to engage and inform our diverse Canadian colleague population. Key Responsibilities Specifically, you will:• Own DE&I/ESG/Community programs/Indigenous programs for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and own Sage customer program for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support product/partnerships/strategic alliances/acquisition announcements, global and regional campaigns, and other launches for external audiences
• Provide secondary support to Thought Leadership program positioning key spokespeople in US and Canada
• Help develop and manage the complete Canadian colleague experience to include Town Hall events, new Canadian headquarters/office openings and People Services programs.
• Content creation specific for Canada to include a thoughtful approach to storytelling in Canada for various internal channels such as Yammer and Your Sage
• Partner with Sr. Manager, Public Relations to manage PR agency of record. Skills, know-how and experience:
• 5+ years PR/External communications experience
• Superlative project and program management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Ability to think strategically, plan and execute on comprehensive Corporate Affairs programs.
• Excellent at content development, presentations, and media relations
• Clear understanding of the Canadian market and Sage’s competitive landscape Technical / professional qualifications:
• Must hold a minimum of undergraduate degree or equivalent in related discipline.
