Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development, the Advisor will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of programs and strategies designed to enhance employee performance and experience. This role is instrumental in spearheading end-to-end process enhancements for People programs across SSENSE globally, ensuring a positive impact on employees and business units company-wide.Why Join Us:Manage and enhance end-to-end Performance Cycle in Workday, including Goal Management, Progress Reviews and Cyclical Evaluations to foster a performance-driven culture.Establish clear milestones and KPIs to gauge the impact of talent management initiatives.Develop comprehensive talent review guidelines and training materials to ensure consistency, fairness and transparency.As the Administrator of the Peakon survey platform, optimize the platform to gather actionable insights into employee sentiment.
