Job Summary

The Canadian market is a prime growth opportunity for in-lite and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in defined markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate customer support via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Build strong customer relationships, address concerns, and exceed expectations.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our premium outdoor lighting products.

  • Efficiently handle claims, communicate with customers, and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Process and manage customer orders with precision and efficiency.

  • Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance.

    Essential Competencies:

    • Product Expertise: Proficiency in premium outdoor lighting products and industry trends.

    • Conflict Resolution: Proficient in handling customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

    • Analytical Mindset: Use data to make informed decisions; proficiency in CRM systems.

    • Communication Skills: Clear communication of technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.

    • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.

    • Problem-Solving: Navigate and resolve customer issues with innovative solutions.

    • Customer-Centric Approach: Dedication to exceptional customer experiences.

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

      • Proficient in CRM systems and customer service tools.

      • 2-3 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in premium outdoor lighting.
