Kelly Services' customer, a Global organization, who are located in Mississauga, Ontario, are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who will translate the product Marketing strategic priorities into creative & engaging social content to grow followers and engagement. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute a content calendar across the product's Canada's social platforms. The successful candidate is passionate about beauty, a trendsetter in social media, with proven ability to create and engage both internally with the marketing, sales and education team, and externally with our followers of +16K.
Creative flair, a passion for beauty, budding ideas for content across various social platforms.
Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms and assets either through personal or work experience (i.e. Instagram stories, reels, grid posts, Tik Tok, Facebook.)
Social content photography & editing capabilities.
Superior communication, copywriting, organizational, and project management skills.
Fluency in English is essential, and French is beneficial.
Bachelor’s Degree or College certificate in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
Hybrid role, work 2 -3 days in office.

Leading development & deployment of the products Instagram content calendar to support innovation & strategic priorities
Leading content creation, copy writing and posting across Meta & Instagram
Identifying gaps in content and working with creative agency to develop and launch
Community management (e.g. comments on posts, answering dm's etc.)
Social KPI reporting
Supporting the team with:
Setting, tracking and achieving social KPIs
Supporting the National Education Manager with virtual education assets
Creating, editing, and posting photos and videos for IG & TikTok
14-month contract working in a dynamic organization.
~ Hybrid role, work 2-3 days in office.
~ 00 per hour, depending on experience, plus 4% vacation pay.
~ Get paid weekly via Direct Deposit.
