Kelly Services' customer, a Global organization, who are located in Mississauga, Ontario, are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who will translate the product Marketing strategic priorities into creative & engaging social content to grow followers and engagement. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute a content calendar across the product's Canada's social platforms. The successful candidate is passionate about beauty, a trendsetter in social media, with proven ability to create and engage both internally with the marketing, sales and education team, and externally with our followers of +16K.REQUIREMENTS:Creative flair, a passion for beauty, budding ideas for content across various social platforms.Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms and assets either through personal or work experience (i.e. Instagram stories, reels, grid posts, Tik Tok, Facebook.)Knowledge of paid ads is preferred.Social content photography & editing capabilities.Highly organized and detail oriented. Superior communication, copywriting, organizational, and project management skills.Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude.Fluency in English is essential, and French is beneficial.Proficiency with Canva and PowerPoint.Strong work ethic and integrity.Bachelor’s Degree or College certificate in Marketing or Communications is preferred.Previous experience working with influencers, for an agency is a bonus.Hybrid role, work 2 -3 days in office.RESPONSIBILITIES:Leading development & deployment of the products Instagram content calendar to support innovation & strategic prioritiesLeading content creation, copy writing and posting across Meta & InstagramIdentifying gaps in content and working with creative agency to develop and launchCommunity management (e.g. comments on posts, answering dm's etc.)UGC managementSocial KPI reportingSupporting the team with:Setting, tracking and achieving social KPIsSupporting the National Education Manager with virtual education assetsCreating, editing, and posting photos and videos for IG & TikTokOverseeing Product Canada's paid ad strategy across Meta & Tiktok and working closely with agency partnersPERKS:14-month contract working in a dynamic organization.Hybrid role, work 2-3 days in office.Opportunity to make a difference and craft your career.$38.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus 4% vacation pay.Get paid weekly via Direct Deposit.If you're looking for an opportunity where you can be your best self and join a fantastic team, look no further and apply todayWhy Kelly®?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
