Webuild envisions, designs, and builds major works and infrastructure for sustainable mobility, hydropower, water, and green buildings.The role is Full-time 100% onsite position at our downtown office.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESWe seek a highly driven and data-oriented individual to join our finance team. We are looking for a seasoned professional with valuable expertise in areas such as budgeting, accounting, forecasting, and decision support.As a Senior Financial Analyst, your duties include supporting the organization's financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. Ensures compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) guidelines of the Group:Enforces safety and evacuation procedures, leading by example (responsible driving, wearing PPE on-site, etc.).Promotes a preventive approach and ensures the health and safety of team members (RPS, working conditions, etc.).Contributes to the implementation of the Action Plan, performance review, and roadmap within their scope.Raises awareness among teams and ensures adherence to environmental guidelines, allocating necessary prevention resources and fostering individual accountability.Govern the process for budgets and financial plan preparation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial insights for decision-making.Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial results, providing recommendations for corrective actions.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Conduct financial analysis using various methods, such as trend, variance, and ratio analysis.Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations to senior management.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, statistics, or a related field. CPA, CMA, CFA certification is a plus.At least five years’ experience in a similar role and a clear career progression.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis, is a must. VBA knowledge or any other coding experience is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
