Govan Brown has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Team in our Toronto office. Our ideal candidate will confidently perform a wide range of administrative and support activities to an executive team with varied needs and priorities. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.
Perform a range of administrative services including responding to phone calls and email, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expenses etc.
Lead or assist in the coordination of team and community events.
Liaise and coordinate events with individuals across our Parent Company and family of Business Units.
5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior management – to multiple managers a definite asset
~ Previous roles in a professional services, commercial construction or real estate environment is an asset
~ Flexible, with the ability to adapt to new ideas
~ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
~ Office location is 108 Vine Avenue, Toronto.
