The Procurement Automation and Efficiency Advisor reports into the Manager Procurement Platform and will be responsible Develop and implement automation strategies in Source-to-pay activities leveraging technologies such as low/no code, RPA, intelligent data processing, process mining and genAI.



Responsabilities:
Examine and blueprint"current workflows and tools to pinpoint opportunities for automation and AI integration. Identify user pain points and proactively understand user needs through workshops, surveys and by cultivating relationships"with key stakeholders. "
Design, execute, and expand"automation strategies, innovative solutions, and optimization projects to bolster efficiency and control of Source-to-Pay activities. Leverage various automations tools and applications into existing workflows to streamline processes, automate manual tasks and boost performance and efficiency. Integrate processes to augment collaboration across user groups.
Extract insights"from data sets and construct custom reports, dashboards, and other visualization tools that aid users in decision-making.
Conduct tests"and maintain documentation. Ensure practices address responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and transparency around ethical decision-making.
Collaborate closely with IT and the Procurement Platform team to ensure system integrity, performance, reliability, and maintainability. Bridge the gap between business and technical aspects.
Design and implement"a change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working. Document and provide training so users can become adept at using the new processes and technology. Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence and engage users at all levels to facilitate adoption.
Keep up-to-date with new technologies and innovation. Establish expertise"in optimization and automation tools. Share automation and GenAI best practices in a structured, repeatable manner.
Maintain automation and evaluate outcomes"and efficiency gains and continuously refine to enhance core functionalities and add new features.
Undertake any other duties"as assigned.
Qualifications
University degree"in a field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
Proven experience"in process automation, AI integration, and managing programs through all stages of scaling.
Proven experience"working with optimization tools and a creative problem solver who enjoys technical challenges.
Mix of skills"including programming, solutioning, and customer interaction.
Self-starter and self-learner"with the ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Ability to manage a project through all stages of scaling.
Sound foundation"in data analysis, supply chain, and sourcing.
Strong results orientation"and sense of ownership, with the ability to work as a team player in a cross-functional team.
