We are seeking a procurement Student for our Montreal district that is available for **4 months or 8 months full time starting on January 6 2025**.
Here's how a Procurement Student for our Montreal office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:
- Helps in all aspects of the procurement process including Requests for Quotes, Purchase Orders, Price Lists, Reports, etc.
- Assist in maintaining vendor files, tracking purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and corresponding with site personnel.
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement department, including scheduling meetings, issuing inventory reports, and maintaining records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement department.
**Qualifications**:
- Enrolled in a Supply Chain Management specialization in a post-secondary institution, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong time management skills.
- Good with numbers and place a large emphasis on attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with clients.
- Strong computer skills.
- Previous knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset.
- Bilingualism (French/English).
PCL Student wages are determined individually for each student based on the number of completed school terms, relevant work terms, kind of role and work location.
