As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead and shape our brand's success.

As the Head of Performance Marketing at Fièra Cosmetics, you will be at the helm of our advertising and marketing strategies, responsible for all campaigns and driving results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and product teams to create and execute data-driven campaigns that maximize our brand's reach and profitability. Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies for our brand, harnessing a deep understanding of online advertising platforms, including Facebook & Instagram, Google & Youtube, Tiktok, Native, and more.
Apply your extensive knowledge of omni-channel performance marketing to make data-driven decisions that enhance our brand's reach and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, iterate, and optimize advertising creatives and landing pages.
Collaborate with the creative team in developing and executing custom funnels, and the continuous testing, scaling and optimization of new and existing marketing funnels.
Project management expertise and resource utilization.

A proven track record of at least 7 years in online media buying and performance marketing.
Have a deep understanding of the overarching marketing strategy and innate ability to execute on a strategic level as well as a tactical level.
Expertise in media buying for E-commerce brands on all major platforms.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach, with a deep understanding of CPA/CPC/CPL/CPM models, LTV analysis, and attribution.
Have worked and been responsible for large marketing budgets in excess of a million per month.
