As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead and shape our brand's success.About The RoleAs the Head of Performance Marketing at Fièra Cosmetics, you will be at the helm of our advertising and marketing strategies, responsible for all campaigns and driving results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and product teams to create and execute data-driven campaigns that maximize our brand's reach and profitability. You will play a vital role in shaping our company's future and continuing our rapid growth.Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies for our brand, harnessing a deep understanding of online advertising platforms, including Facebook & Instagram, Google & Youtube, Tiktok, Native, and more.Apply your extensive knowledge of omni-channel performance marketing to make data-driven decisions that enhance our brand's reach and profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, iterate, and optimize advertising creatives and landing pages.Collaborate with the creative team in developing and executing custom funnels, and the continuous testing, scaling and optimization of new and existing marketing funnels.Project management expertise and resource utilization.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess:A proven track record of at least 7 years in online media buying and performance marketing.Experience leading and mentoring a high-performing team.Have a deep understanding of the overarching marketing strategy and innate ability to execute on a strategic level as well as a tactical level.Expertise in media buying for E-commerce brands on all major platforms.Proven ability to make informed and decisive calls on resource allocation and budgeting.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach, with a deep understanding of CPA/CPC/CPL/CPM models, LTV analysis, and attribution.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for generating innovative ideas.Have worked and been responsible for large marketing budgets in excess of a million per month.What's in it for you: A fully remote role that offers flexibility in your work environment.Company Timezone: Fièra Cosmetics operates on GMT -4 time zone.The opportunity to lead an already dynamic, innovative and powerful team in our marketing department..Join a fast-growing company where you can actively contribute to shaping our brand's future.Participate in product and marketing meetings, offering your insights and working cross-functionally to drive future growth.Ability to test and see all your best ideas come to fruition.Work with a team of innovative and passionate marketers.How to Apply:If you are a seasoned Performance Marketer with a passion for driving success through online media buying and a strong background in performance marketing, we invite you to join our rapidly growing team.
