Now they’re looking for a bright Corporate Law Clerk to join their ever-growing team
Reporting to the Corporate Team Lead, you’ll be heavily involved in taking files from start to finish on your own. Not to mention the implementation of a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days at home, you’ll get the best of both worlds.
Handling various corporate transactions from start to finish (e.g. incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances)
Handling tax reorganizations
Performing annual corporate maintenance
Maintaining filing systems and databases
Delegating tasks to junior clerks
At least 6 years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk
Proficiency in iManage and/or Corplink is a major asset
