Être un.e directeur.trice des ventes chez Moov AI

En tant que directeur.trice des ventes, tu désires propulser l’équipe plus loin, en prônant l’excellence et en étant orienté.e vers les résultats. Il n’existe pas de défi que tu n’es pas prêt.e à relever. Tu coaches et tu guides l’équipe dans l’atteinte des objectifs de vente de l’organisation et propose des initiatives pour améliorer les performances, tout en suivant les meilleurs pratiques et tactiques de vente.

Tu définis et met en place le processus de vente de Moov AI, et adaptes les stratégies en fonction des changements du marché. Aussi, en tant que membre du comité de gestion, tu contribues à la définition de la stratégie globale de Moov AI.

Tu entretiens les relations d’affaires avec les clients actuels en étant proactif.ve dans la génération de revenus récurrents, et conduis de nouvelles affaires dans certains grands comptes importants et dans le contexte de vente complexe.

Tu aides les clients à identifier et à comprends les opportunités d’affaires que peut leur apporter l’IA, en utilisant une approche consultative pour comprendre les défis du client, et travailles avec l’équipe technique pour développer une solution sur mesure.

Finalement, tu inities les discussions avec des clients potentiels, et représente l’entreprise dans des réunions ou salons professionnels afin de promouvoir les activités, la marque, les produits et services de Moov AI.

Au quotidien chez Moov AI

Une journée typique pour toi commence par une réunion avec les collègues de ton département pour discuter des objectifs de vente et des activités pertinentes. Alors que tu as aussi des échanges prévus avec des clients actuels et potentiels, tu consacre du temps sur les réflexions stratégiques et l’accompagnement au développement de l’équipe de vente afin d’assurer une constante amélioration de celle-ci.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe

  • Tu as une expérience de travail solide, traduite par plusieurs années dans le domaine.
  • Dans une position de leadership, tu as participé à la résolution de problèmes complexes.
  • Tu as une connaissance approfondie de nos services et des connaissances des concepts de l'IA.
  • Tu as une expérience avec les CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), tu es aussi confortable avec la Suite Microsoft.
  • Tu as un bon réseau de contact.
  • Tu es bilingue (Français et anglais)
