Job Description At Aarialife Technologies, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our passionate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets for our innovative cloud technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement : Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Hunter Mentality : Demonstrate a hunter mentality and relentlessly pursue new sales opportunities with a focus on acquiring new customers.
- CRM Hygiene : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in our CRM system.
- Sales Growth : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Pre-sales Coordination : Collaborate with our pre-sales teams to provide solution consulting, demonstrating how our cloud technology solutions can address customer needs and pain points.
- Team Collaboration : Coordinate with our marketing and professional services teams to align sales efforts, leverage marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management : Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a relentless drive to achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Proficient in maintaining CRM hygiene and leveraging CRM tools to drive sales performance.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate efforts across different teams within the organization.
- Familiarity with cloud technology solutions, such as NetSuite and Zoho, is a plus but not required.
