The Commercial Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the commercial team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of documentation, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


administrative support to the commercial team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
in the preparation of bids, proposals, and contracts.
accurate records of project costs, budgets, and expenses.
with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information flow.
in the resolution of commercial disputes and issues.

degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
years proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
