Rejoignez l'équipe dynamique de souscripteur(-trice) dans le département de renouvellement à l'Unique Votre rôle consistera à rassembler les données nécessaires à l'étude des risques, en faire l'analyse en vue de les accepter, refuser ou modifier. Vous aurez principalement les dossiers moyennement à relativement complexes pouvant parfois comporter des enjeux importants et pour lesquels une expérience, un éventail de connaissances techniques et un excellent jugement sont requis.

Comme souscripteur(-trice) – assurance des entreprises automobile, vous aurez également à recommander des améliorations dans les règles de souscription et la tarification selon les normes et procédures de l’Unique.

Vous possédez une excellente connaissance du réseau de courtage? Vous avez une bonne connaissance des normes qui sont appliquées chez plusieurs assureurs ? Venez mettre vos talents à contribution à L'Unique

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Répondre aux demandes des courtiers sur la qualité des risques soumis en faisant les enquêtes appropriées, dans le but d’accepter ou de refuser un risque ou d’imposer des conditions particulières.

  • Donner et expliquer aux courtiers les raisons de l’acceptation ou le refus de certaines demandes afin qu’ils puissent répondre adéquatement et donner l’information exacte aux clients.

  • Négocier avec les courtiers la tarification de risques importants ou qui comportent une souscription complexe ; les décisions prises ont un impact important sur la rentabilité de l’entreprise et sur le développement des relations avec les courtiers.

  • Proposer de nouvelles solutions aux différentes demandes des courtiers pour les cas hors normes et les cas particuliers en se référant à son expérience, et selon le type de situation abordée, peut soumettre les alternatives au supérieur immédiat ou aux normes dans le but de les approuver.

  • Analyser les renouvellements, les avenants et faire les demandes de soumission en tenant compte des engagements que nous pourrions avoir déjà pris sur le risque proposé et selon les limites d'autorité prescrites.

  • Partage ses connaissances auprès de ses collègues dans un souci de développement d’équipe.

  • Développer les relations d’affaires avec les courtiers en se basant sur des solutions gagnantes et adaptées pour ceux-ci, un excellent service et des contacts fréquents avec eux.

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration des procédures en apportant des suggestions.

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales en assurances et services financiers.

  • 10 années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance automobile des entreprises.

  • Titre Professionnel d’assurance agréé (P.A.A.) ou de FPAA de l’Institut d’assurance du Canada

  • Bonne connaissance du réseau de courtage.

  • Connaissance approfondie des normes de l’industrie et des lois concernant les différences territoriales et est à l’affût des pratiques de l’industrie.
